Roscoe White was a Dallas Police officer at the time of the assassination of President Kennedy. In the 1980’s his wife Geneva White charged that he was involved in the murder of JFK. Others have placed him with Oswald and even with officer JD Tippit who was killed too. A few people have stated that Roscoe shot Tippit. Was Roscoe a brutal dirty cop?
