The Danville Police Department has seen an increase the number of incidents of aggressive panhandling in areas of the City.
Mark Aaron with River City TV spoke to Lieutenant West with the DPD about what citizens should do if they encounter an aggressive panhandler as well as what the department is doing to stop this trend.
