Spain’s Socialist Party says it will act fast to form a government, after winning the most seats in Sunday’s parliamentary election. Leader Pedro Sanchez had hoped the vote – which was the second this year – would break the country’s political deadlock. But with the far-right Vox party more than doubling its support, the country appears more fragmented than ever before.
