Sheer Happiness By Cissy is set to open Tuesday, January 4th. It is a beauty, cosmetics, and personal care salon located at 1015 Arch Street. The location has been undergoing renovation for the past few months and the owner is happy to finally be ready to open. You can call them at (434) 579-8533.
