A red billboard with the words She Lied in white has been put up on Riverside Drive today near the Mount Cross intersection. I have no idea who put this up or why and no one has given me a good lead on this. I never seen anything like it. If you know what this is about let me know. It’s being talked about on Facebook too. Look for it to become the talk of the town Friday.
