The bond market bumped up into some secular resistance points last year when it comes to interest rates on the technical analysis charts that spooked the stock market investors and helped trigger the stock market drop that hit the market in the fourth quarter of 2018.
Now the Federal Reserve has reacted to that stock market dip and backed off from being so aggressive on raising rates.
